At First Church we take seriously God’s commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves. We honor this commandment by serving our neighbors through local, regional, and global mission efforts. As disciples of Jesus Christ, we partner in God’s life-changing work.
We encourage everyone at First Church to be involved in missions through serving, supporting, and praying for our many mission efforts. Missions is about becoming a person who is meaningfully engaged in following Jesus and transforming the world.
At FUMC, our love of God and neighbor takes us across the world to share the love and grace of Jesus Christ. We partner with our neighbors near and far to share the good news of Christ.
